We took a day trip on the water taxi to Stradbroke, armed with only an iPhone as camera.  Back to playing with haiku with these three photographs.


Bluebottle poses

(with tassels tucked underneath)

as a small pillow.


Scattered randomly,

beach obstacles in the sand,

– driftwood as sculpture.


Skipping over waves,

a kite surfer grabs cross-winds

for the love of speed.


On the hunt for some more photo effect applications, I stumbled upon Grungetastic

It’s amazing what visual joy can be created via the wonder of technology from your very own photographs.  In the examples below, the photos were all taken with an iPhone 5.

Now to set my mind on a way to reproduce favourite visuals into tangible objects.

Maclean is a town on the Clarence River in New South Wales with a European history of cedar cutting and sugar cultivation.

An evening photo walk on the way to dinner, with sunset views of the river, revealed an eclectic mix of historic buildings, street banners and signage.  All images were taken with an iPhone 5 and worked using FX Photo Studio Pro.
